Stage 1 - Pre project consultation where we will discuss the project in detail and run through designs, plans and budgets. We will introduce the project manager along with all other relevant members of the team.
Stage 2 - Project commences, all surrounding areas protected around the site. Health & Safety plan implemented. The project is underway with contractors on site. Regular progress reports are given throughout the entire project.
Stage 3 - Project completed on time and within budget. The site is then cleaned and tidied. We then present the client with the O&M manuals and handover the site.
