To fully project manage and carry out category A dilapidation works to an area
of 22000 sq.ft. take down cellular offices, boardrooms and commercials kitchen. Stripping & terminating electrical devices
and cabling within walls. Fit new gridwork, ceiling tiles and Cat 2 louvre lighting.
Relocate VAV boxes and remove chiller system. Take up and lay new carpet tiles. Make good and decorate with new paper throughout. Relocate and add smokeheads and sprinklers where required. Store in our warehouse unwanted furniture &
equipment. Finished project to complete satisfaction of client & Canary Wharf management. |
